Just A Random Question…..What’s your New Year Resolution

Hope you all had a blast on the New Year Eve and had a fantastic beginning on the New Year Day. If some of you didn’t have a good beginning then remember it’s just 1 day and you still have 364 days to make many moments to cherish Smile So don’t let it down and always wear a big smile Open-mouthed smile. It definitely pays…

I just wanted to ask you all today

New Year Resolution

My Resolution is to have a

Better Lifestyle

and that primarily means

Maintaining Regular Sleeping Patterns

If I succeed in this then I know every change I want to make to have a better lifestyle will automatically happen.

I want to go to bed by 11 30 PM daily and wake up by 6 30 AM. I know at times it won’t be possible but this year I want to at least regularize it.

So wish me luck dearies Thumbs up and I am excited to listen to your resolutions now. Even if you don’t have any resolution, I totally understand and respect what you believe in. But, request you to share some motivation Smile

  1. i have trouble sleeping and waking up on time. that's definitely on my list too. but i don't know how to fall asleep early. never been an early riser.
    another resolution is to keep to myself this year and try to do achieve impending, important career goals. Doesn't mean am not going to be social but just don't want to waste any more time :)

    1. oh dear all the v best i just want to go to bed by 11 30 with my fav book
      i dont mind even if i wnt get sleep immediately but a book definitely relaxes me :)

  8. My resolution is to do yoga regularly and not to rub my eyes..:)i do it all the time without knowing and it gives me dark circles..all the best for u :)

      do you follow any particular yoga guru?
      I have dark circle due to irregular sleeping patterns
      May v both succeed and by the end of 2013 lets have minimum dark circles :) :)
