Do I need Mineral Makeup?
Mineral makeup eliminates ingredients that are likely to cause reaction in sensitive skin. For this reason Mineral Makeup is often suggested to people with Sensitive Skin. If you have normal skin and never had any reactions with regular makeup then you can happily continue using regular makeup from your favorite brands. Other than that one should switch to Mineral Makeup for the following reasons
- The high amount of Titanium dioxide and Zinc Oxide offers sun protection effectively.
- Mineral Makeup is usually light weight and provides a more natural finish.
- It doesn’t clog pores.
- If you are a beginner to makeup then Mineral Makeup will be a good choice.
- If you have sensitive skin.
- If you prefer light coverage to heavy coverage.
- Mineral Makeup doesn’t provide good coverage. So, if your purpose of using makeup is to cover any imperfections then it’s better not to go for mineral makeup.
- If you have oily skin, the powder absorbs the oils causing skin discolorations at the T-zone.
