Maybelline Lasting Drama Swirl Gel Liner ~ Random Eye Looks

One of my friends from StyleCraze Community asked me to do some eye looks with Maybelline Lasting Drama Swirl Gel Liner in Golden Brown. This post is for her and also to all the readers who are beginners to eye-makeup and don't own any eye-shadows.

All I have used for the below looks is Maybelline Lasting Drama Swirl Gel Liner, Pressed Powder, Mascara and a Smudger ( Q-Tip can be an alternative).

Look 1:

Smokey Golden Brown

  • Starting from outer corner applied the brown gel liner till 2/3rd of the eye.
  • Smudged the brown color onto the entire lid and also a little into the crease line.
  • Dusted with some pressed powder to create a shadow effect.
  • Now dipping the smudger/ Q-tip into the gold swirl, pick up some gold color and smudge it onto the entire eye-lid.
  • Line the upper lash-line with gold liner.
  • Apply a little gold color onto the inner corner.
  • Line the lower lash line with brown gel liner and smudge it.
  • Apply Kajal, tightline and mascara. Done!!!

Look 2:

Simple Party Look

  • Apply the brown gel liner thickly in a winged style. Click here for winged liner tutorial.
  • Apply the golden color onto the brown liner applied in the previous step. Smoothen the color to make it look as shown in the picture.
  • Line the lower lash-line with brown liner and connect it to the wing.
  • Apply Kajal, tightline and mascara. Done!!!

Look 3:

Brightening Eye Look

  • Line the upper lash-line with brown+gold.
  • Line 2/3rd of the lower lash-line with brown liner and smudge it.
  • To the inner corner and the remaining 1/3rd of the lower lashline add the gold liner.
  • Apply Mascara and Kajal.
Looking forward for your feedback friends :)

Happy Preening

Note: I noticed that, when using the gold liner alone it wasn't gliding as smoothly as the brown gel liner.

  21. Try covergirl mascara :) lash blast volume one

But use a curler with covergirl mascara it extends lashes well but doesn't lift up the lashes effectively
