Don't Buy:
The innovative formula of NIVEA Pearly Shine, with precious Pearl & Silk extracts, combines long lasting moisturisation and a beautiful pearly shine which leaves lips silky smooth and velvety soft. Dermatologist tested.
How it works?
- Beautifully natural lips with a pearly shine
- Provides daily moisturizing care and protection for your lips
- Contains SPF 10 to help protect against UVA and UVB rays
Result: Soft and silky smooth lips
Price: 159 INR for 4g
- Texture: Creamy, smooth and soft to apply but little sticky.
- Package: Stick package with sturdy gripped cap. Looks pretty too :)
- Fragrance: It has floral smell which is fine with me but few may not like to wear floral fragrance on lips.
- Shade: Baby pink shade with a pearly sheen to it. The shade will wash out Indian skin tones if worn alone. I didn't like it first but once combined with the right clothes and makeup I started loving it.
The Effects
- Lasting Power: Stays intact for 2.5 hours surviving light snacks. After that the color and moisturizing gradually decrease and vanish by the end of 4 hours.
- Smooth and Soft? Transforms dry lips to soft creamy lips in almost single swipe.
- Nourishment: It does heal chapped lips on regular usage.
- On Lips: It gives pink n*de lips with pearly sheen.
- For SPF10.
- If you have fair skin with pink undertones.
- For instant soft smooth lips.
- For 4 hours moisturization
- For the care and nourishment
- If you don't like floral fragrance on lips
- If you don't like stickiness on lips
- For the complicated color which requires proper coordination for Indian skin tones.
Final Note: As a lip balm it delivers ALL the claims. If you don't like the washed out effect of the color you can choose others shades available. A good choice for teenagers :). I personally like this and it is a happy investment in my beauty bank :)
